Return & Refund Policy

At Effilo, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth exchange process. We do no provide cash refund. Please review the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

Conditions for Exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.

Returns should be informed by 24 hours - 48 hours within delivery, else the product can’t be eligible for return.

An unpacking video is mandatory for exchange requests related to damages, defects, or missing items. The video must be continuous, with no edits or cuts.

A nominal fee of Rs.99/- is levied for return pickup courier

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used or washed.

Items returned without an unpacking video as proof for damaged or missing claims.

Reverse Pickup:

We will arrange a reverse pickup. The customer must hand over the parcel on the scheduled date.

 

No Refunds Provided:

We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or refunds in any other form for any product.

Only  an exchange will be provided if the conditions of the Exchange Policy are met.

Important Notes

Items returned must pass a quality check. This includes:

Product being in unused and unwashed condition.

Tags being intact and no odors present.

The Exchange process may take 7-10 business days from the date of return approval.
