Thank you for choosing Effilo,  We strive to provide the best customer service possible, we offer Free Exchange & No Question Asked Return for 48 hours from delivery.

Commodities purchased during Launch Sale aren’t eligible for free exchange's. Customer's has to bear the courier charges of Rs.200 incase of size exchange 

No exchange or refund for the commodities purchased during clearance (END) sale !

If you are not satisfied with your sizes, we accept exchanges within 48 hours of the day of delivery. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

We don't accept exchanges without proper image's.

We don't accept exchange if the time limit has been exceeded more than 48 hours !

We don't refund the money unless you've received a damaged commodity from us

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@effilo.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your product. If your return is approved, we will initiate the shipment process as per our policy.
