After dispatch
Once your order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Use our exchange flow instead.
Because we dispatch within 24 hours, the sooner you tell us, the better the chance we can stop your order in time.

Prepaid amounts are refunded to the original payment method.

- Items bought under a Clearance Sale (final sale)
Refunds on cancellation
For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. COD orders have nothing to refund.
